Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 12, 2025
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Sliplit subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@sliplit.com.
2. Immediate Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all premium features until your subscription expires.
3. Free Plan Access
After your paid subscription ends, your account will automatically revert to our Free plan, which includes limited access to Sliplit tools with usage restrictions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Please contact support@sliplit.com to discuss your specific situation.
5. Data Retention
After cancellation, we will retain your account data for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription. After this period, premium features and data may be permanently deleted.
6. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by upgrading from your account dashboard. Your previous settings and preferences will be restored if reactivated within 30 days of cancellation.
